Terms and Conditions


AuroraVie Apartments have produced the terms and conditions below as a guide for our valued guests.

 

1.       DEFINITIONS

  • “Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property.
  • “Property” means any property under the ownership or management of AuroraVie Apartments and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment.
  • “Management” means the owners and managers of the Property.
  • “Guests” means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking.
  • “Visitor” means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.

2.       ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY.

  • The acts of making a reservation and completing payment of the booking amount constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3.       CHECK IN:

  • Check in starts after 14:00
  • For Late check in after 21:00 an additional tax of €10 shall be paid.
  • Early check in is subject to availability. The price for an early check in between 10:00 and 14:00 is half a day rent. The price for an early check in before 10:00 is a whole day rent.
  • All AuroraVie Guests will be registered at our Guests Registry and a Photocopy of a Valid ID or International Passport will be enclosed.
  • Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

4.       CHECK OUT:

  • Check out time is until 11:00.
  • Late check-out is only subject to availability. Check out after 11:00 a.m. shall be charged. For check out until 14:00 half a day rent must be paid. For check out after 14:00 a whole day needs to be paid.
  • The apartment needs to be left in need and clean condition!

5.       RESERVATION AND PREPAYMENT

  • After booking an apartment a prepayment of 100% of the amount is required not later than 24 hours after booking is completed.
  • If a 100% prepayment is not completed within 24h hours of making the booking the property shall be automatically made vacant and the booking will no longer be valid.
  • The Short-Term prices concerns a 10 (up to) days period.
  • The Long-Term prices concerns a 30 (up to) days period.
  • The monthly price concerns more than 30 days period.

6.        CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you wish to vary or cancel your Booking, please contact us immediately.
  • Cancellation of a booking made up to 60 days prior the check in date entitles the guest to a 100% refund which is to be settled down.
  • Cancellation of a booking made up to 45 days prior the check in date entitles the guest to a 50% refund which is to be settled down.
  • Cancellation of a booking made up to 30 days prior the check in date entitles the guest to a 25% refund which is to be settled down.
  • Cancellation of a booking made up to and less than 30 days prior the check in date entitles the guest to NO      Refund.
  • Should you be eligible for a refund it will be made through your bank account via wire transfer.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those nights.
  • A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking in respect of those guests.
  • An administration charge of €25 will be charged for any variation or cancellation.
  • We have a minimum nights stay policy of 3 nights. No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay policy.
  • All bank, credit card, debit card or other money transfer charges are on the expense of the guest.

7.       EXTRA BEDS

  • Baby crib and baby high chair can be provided free of charge upon request but subject to availability.
  • All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing beds/sofa.
  • The price of an extra bed/sofa bed is €5  per day, per guest.

8.       EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENTS

  • After a careful selection– you can find in all our apartments the necessary standard equipment for your convenient stay. If you require additional equipment we will be happy to tell you where you can find and buy it.

9.       MISCELLANEOUS

  • An apartment can be booked for minimum of 3 night stay.
  • In case of one or two day stay €20 cleaning fee and €10 admin fee applies.
  • А minimum stay of 5 nights is required for New Year’s Eve.
  • For reservations of 10 nights or more, there is one complimentary housekeeping per week. Additional cleaning service can be ordered – the price is €15 for studio and one bedroom apartment; €20 for two bedroom apartment; €30 for 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.
  • In case of an emergency unlocking the apartment by an employee of Auroravie Apartments a charge of €25 shall be applicable. In case of a forgotten key on the door and needing locksmith services – the guest shall have to pay the amount requested by the locksmith to open the door (roughly €50).
  • If necessary, a  reserved apartment can be changed to a similar or a higher category one on the same address.
  • Please dispose your trash properly in the bins outside the building. Throwing food and trash in the sinks and toilet is strictly forbidden.

10.       DAMAGES & DISORDERS

  • AuroraVie Apartments undertakes to remove at its own expensе any disorders derived from the normal use of the residence. Any other disorders and damages caused by Guests’s fault or improper use of items shall be at tenant’s expense before checking out is completed.

11.       NOISE AND PARTIES/GATHERINGS

  • Any loud noise, gatherings, parties, stag and hen parties are strictly forbidden in our apartments.
  • Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc, will be applied at the expense of the guest.
  • To your convenience, we kindly ask you to respect and observe laws and, accordingly, to avoid disturbing your neighbours.
  • Please, do not make noise in the apartment suit between 22:00 и 07:00 a.m.

12.   SMOKING is strictly forbidden in all our apartments.

13.   UNAVAILABILITY

  • If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing to do so will reflect in any moneys paid to be refunded in full.

14.   PETS

  • No pets are allowed at all AuroraVie Apartments.

15.   LINEN AND TOWELS

  • AuroraVie Apartments supply linen, pillows, blankets and towels which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired through Management.
  • Beach or other towels are not included.
  • Cleaning and linen change usually occurs weekly (once) or more often upon request and at additional cost.

16.    YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You must comply with all applicable Auroravie Apartments House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property.
  • You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management’s discretion).
  • Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges may apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
  • Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
  • Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away.
  • The Property shall be left in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
  • All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
  • The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
  • You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys.
  • Smoking is NOT permitted in the Property.

17.   OTHER ISSUES

  • In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. Guests must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours.
  • Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property.
  • Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim the Guest may have.

AuroraVie Apartments recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
